Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Gift cards, Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

Return Process
Contact our customer service at flexteeee@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item,
contact us at flexteeee@gmail.com with details and a photo of the defect or damage.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at flexteeee@gmail.com.
